We understand that orders sometimes don't turn out as you like and we're here to help. 

If you originally ordered and had your packages delivered by DHL, UPS or USPS First Class, then please contact us at customercare@toolusa.com. We currently do not have an automatic system to generate return labels through this portal. We will have to generate the label for you.

USPS Priority Returns Portal

If you originally ordered via USPS Priority and are returning the product due to defective reasons, we urge you to contact us (customercare@toolusa.com) prior to using the automatic return label generator, as sometimes we don't want the return back if the issue is non-reparable.

Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted 30 days from the day product was received

2. If product is defective, we will examine and confirm issue and then issue full refund. 

3. If product is no longer wanted, we will issue refund less our shipping charges to and back from you.
