Well, the second one arrived and except for unscrewing in two places we can't get the flashlight to turn on. Was promised pics to show us how and they never arrived. So we have two items that we don't know how to turn on/off. Really wanted this to work - the only metal one I could find, and the plastic ones are not strong enough to hold up.

Excellent customer service on the chat option at your webpage. My initial order item didn't work, and your chat person (the chat has disappeared so I didn't get the name, I'm sorry) personally worked through a few to figure out the issue and send me one that does work. Bravo to the chat person!
