The quality is extremely poor. The material is very thin and flimsy, much cheaper than what was advertised. I purchased these bags for a baseball team, expecting them to withstand regular use as sports, gym, and travel bags. After seeing them in person, I have serious doubts they will hold up for any reasonable amount of time. What makes this even more disappointing is the customer service. After contacting the company regarding my concerns and requesting assistance, my emails are now being ignored. It’s frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn’t meet expectations and then be unable to get a response from the seller. If you’re looking for bags that can handle everyday use, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
