These test wires are used to test electrical circuits in cars, trailers, boat, trucks and more. To use test wires, you pull from both side, and to retract wire, you hold the top section, and rotate the bottom. The test wire are 10 feet in length. The case is made of sturdy ABS plastic with a ½ inch center hole.
