    I ordered a rimless magnifying glass. They sent the wrong item to me. They ignored my Return Request. They ignored the numerous times I Contacted them.Their Customer Service never responds. It's now been 2 weeks since my purchase and it's obvious they're being silent until the 30-Day Return runs out. If you're a potential customer of ToolsUSA are you still willing to buy from them?
