These tweezers are a very good value. They're solid and feel substantial in your hand. The tips are precision milled and meet perfectly. They also come with a little plastic sleeve that fits over the tip to keep them sharp and aligned. Great product.
Second part of the story: Because of a website error--easy enough to make--I received these tweezers in error. I contacted Customer Service and they were helpful and got everything straightened out. My correct product will be delivered tomorrow, my return is in the mail, and ToolUSA has kept a return customer with a combination of a great product and exceptional customer service.
