The 2 stars review is not for the product itself. I paid for expedited shipping, but the item was shipped regular USPS. Yes, I received a partial refund on the shipping. However, the original shipping time was only 4 days (West Coast to East Coast). In the end, it took over a week for the item to arrive !! Yes, I know that Tool USA can't control USPS shipping, but they should have made arrangements to ship another set of calipers via overnight delivery or similar. I even offered to return the original set if that would have happened. I will probably look to purchase from Tool USA again, but will not count on quick shipping. In other words, allow time to get your product !!
