    It sticks every partial turn. Easy fix. Just ground down the edges of the gear wheel, and flatten out a few gear teeth surfaces by grinding a very small amount. Works just fine now

    call me between 9 am and 1 pm East Coast time to determine how to return the ratchet brace that does not work and get one that does.

    Poor excuse for a tool.

    While this item is described as a tool, maybe a child's toy tool but not something you could actually use. Mine arrived defective. I contacted Customer Service to process a return. Then I realized the cost of return shipping is equal to or greater then the cost of the item. Makes one wonder if that is part of the plan. Since shipping is non-refundable, the $8 I spent on the item is equal to the cost of shipping back; it is a lose lose for the customer.

    Personally I will never make another purchase from this distributor. Ironically, Harbor Freight is a much better choice!
